Rapid Upper Limb Assessment Score RULA Lower leg, an ergonomics posture evaluation tool

Maximum Lower Arm Score = 3 points.

For asymmetrical postures, ratings are conducted for each side independently.

- 1 if lower arms = approximately parallel.

+ 1 if arms crossed mid-line OR extends out to the side.

Exception: Seated configuration with low key low keyboard AND keyboard tilts back (negative slope) => - 1 point.
